Compared to popular frameworks like Grails it offers a higher level of abstraction, still allowing direct access to the low level API. CUBA Studio takes care of project and build files, database scripts, screens scaffolding, visual design and other routine tasks, enabling developer to focus on the application logic. With a wide range of out of the box components this provides massive development time savings, proven by hundreds of delivered projects. CUBA Platform is developed by Haulmont.
